This one started with the shiny shirt: it was a baby dress I found at a thrift shop and immediately knew Mitjo would wear it. The shiny buttons I then had to forage to complete the scenery.
Some people who have seen the painting felt surprised by its lightness. Yes, I can do light colors as well, I just usually choose not to. And yes, after I finished this one I started to work on a darker one right away. I do have appearances and identities to keep up, after all.
